By downloading, installing, or using Arium ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Arium is a habit tracking application that helps users:

• Track daily habits and build streaks
• Visualize progress with charts and statistics
• Sync data across devices via iCloud (optional)
• Access premium features through in-app purchase

3. User Accounts

No Account Required

• Arium does not require user registration or account creation
• All data is stored locally on your device
• Optional iCloud sync uses your Apple ID (managed by Apple)

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• Keeping your iOS and app updated
• Backing up your data (via iCloud or export feature)

4. Premium Subscription

Payment Terms

• Premium is a one-time purchase (non-consumable)
• Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system

Refunds

• Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies
• Contact Apple Support for refund inquiries
• We cannot process refunds directly

5. User Content

Your Data

• You retain all rights to your habit data and notes
• You can export your data at any time (JSON, CSV, PDF)
• You can delete your data at any time

Our Rights

• We do not claim ownership of your data
• We do not access, view, or use your personal habit data
• Your data remains private and is not shared with us or third parties

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the App
• Share your premium purchase with others (violates Apple's terms)
• Use automated systems to interact with the App
• Interfere with the App's functionality or security

7. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• Arium app, design, logo, and content are owned by us
• Protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission

Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Install the App on devices associated with your Apple ID

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with:

• Apple Services: App Store, iCloud, HealthKit, CloudKit
• Apple's Terms Apply: You must comply with Apple's terms for these services

We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

9. Disclaimers

"AS IS" Basis

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Data sync will always work perfectly

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium (if any)
• We are not liable for data loss (please backup your data)

11. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Update the App with bug fixes and improvements
• Change premium features or pricing (for new purchases only)

We will notify you of significant changes through app updates.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective:

• Immediately upon posting the updated Terms
• With notification in the App for material changes

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

By You

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend access to the App if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the App or its features
